A Realistic Approach to Management: Organizational Effectiveness

"Organizational effectiveness was top of mind during this year's EACUBO Senior Business Officer Roundtable, in Philadelphia. Industry experts guided attendees to better understand the key factors influencing the viability of all types of higher education institutions. To do so, presenters helped event participants explore the shift within human resources from an administrative, nuts-and-bolts operation to one that encourages strategic talent management. Presenters also explained how to develop institutional metrics that work. Advice for dealing with complex change and for making tough decisions completed the program agenda.
