I am always amazed at institutional inertia. There are people who simply refuse to accept the obvious. As a retired college dean,I can tell you that working with these "intellectually challenged" people most likely contributed to my triple by-pass. You can argue the merits of the case and the consequence of doing nothing and they still do not get it! I am grateful that the President of Poly was a military officer. As a former officer myself, I can tell you that trust and integrity goes with being an officer in the US military. "Bring back the Draft!"
